Disappointed

I sent you an email about my order, requesting you send a replacement but did not get a response. My package came destroyed. Th jar of Apple Cider Tincture was broken. It had spilled all over the box. The postal service had written a note saying they received the package that way. At $40.00 a bottle, I want a replacement or a refund.
